About Me

I’m am a proud mom, wife and BioLink (Bio-Link.co.za) agent in Mossel Bay. After being for ages in the academics; obtaining several degrees in Genetics (four in total); lecturing; researching; publishing and training post graduate students, our family chose a less hectic lifestyle and moved to the sea.

My passion in life boils down to three things: helping people, helping the environment and research. So when I learned more about BioLink and neurofeedback and how I can help people, I knew this is what I want to do.

Since I started researching and reading all I could about ADHD/ADD, I came to the shocking conclusion that 90% of what I read, describes me! This made me realize that I not only can HELP children and adults with executive functioning problems, but I can truly sympathize and understand their struggles.

By staying up to date with the latest research findings on all aspects of ADHD/ADD, I try to educate and help people understand the condition.

I hope with this website, you will also be able to learn more, understand more and consequently have more compassion for people struggling with ADHD/ADD.
